Our Shipping Commitment
We work hard to make sure your order gets to you quickly and securely. Every item is individually produced, so please allow a short production window before shipping. Once your order is in transit, we rely on trusted carriers to handle delivery. While we can’t control shipping networks or customs, we’re committed to keeping you informed and helping resolve issues where we can.

All products are made-to-order. Standard production time is typically 3-6 business days before shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States (lower 48): 3–7 business days after production
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs

Additional Delivery Time for Non-Continental U.S.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may require additional business days beyond standard delivery estimates.
Holiday Shipping Notice
During peak seasons (especially holidays), production and carrier networks may experience increased demand. While we work to produce and ship orders as quickly as possible, additional processing or transit time may occur. Ordering early is recommended during busy periods. If significant delays arise, we’ll notify you by email.
Delivery Confirmation & Risk of Loss
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery confirmation. If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is not received, please contact your local carrier or postal office first.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
International Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, labor disruptions, customs delays, pandemics, or carrier service interruptions.
