We’re confident you’ll love your order. Each piece is produced with care and premium materials. Because every item is made to order, we cannot resell returned merchandise. To protect both quality and fairness, we’ve outlined clear return guidelines below.

Made-to-Order Policy

Every product is made to order. Because items are produced specifically for you, we cannot resell returned merchandise. Please review our size charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, email info@iconorigins.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at our discretion. In most cases, a return is not required.

Wrong Size / Buyer’s Remorse

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change-of-mind purchases. Please review sizing carefully before ordering.

Return Eligibility Requirements

Returns are only considered for approved defect or damage claims. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Items that fail inspection will not be refunded.

How to Start a Return

Email info@iconorigins.com to request authorization. If approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions.

Important: Do not send returns to any address (including a PO box or warehouse) without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused and are not refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards; customized/personalized items; and clearance/“Final Sale” items (if marked) are non-returnable.

Refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item passes inspection. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Lost, Stolen, or “Delivered” Packages

Orders scanned as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery. If tracking has not updated to Delivered, contact us within 14 days of the last scan.
